Please take some time to read this booking information, it will help make organising your ride a lot easier. |

So please leave your name, number and nature of your enquiry on the voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Bookings need to be made beforehand. Please call to discuss your requirements. To allow us to best meet your requirementes, when you call please tell us what activities you are hoping to do and and the following information for each rider :
This will allow us to ensure that we have the right number of suitable horses and staff available at the agreed time. When your booking is made you will need to ensure that a booking deposit and booking forms reach us beforehand. Please see below for more information |
The booking is confirmed when we receive a booking deposit for each rider. Please send this to the above address. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs. Wendy Hemns-Tucker. Please forward the booking form with the booking deposit and include the name of the riders, the date and time of the ride on an accompanying note and on the back of any cheques. |
We accept cash or cheques with an appropriate cheque guarantee card. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit cards. Please ensure that you bring the correct form of payment with you. |
All clients must wear a riding hat approved to the current standard whenever participating in riding activities. We have riding hats and body protectors for hire. All clients are asked to wear suitable footwear and to wear gloves. Footwear should be enclosed, and sturdy with a slight heel if possible. Clients are asked not to wear jewellery of any description when riding or in the stable area |
