Information and Conditions
Horses are sometimes unpredictable and do not always respond as expected.
We advise all persons participating in any equestrian activity to ensure they have adequate personal insurance.
We allocate horses to riders taking into account experience and suitability, however all riders retain the right not to ride a horse allotted to them. 
All clients must wear a riding hat approved to the current standard whenever participating in riding activities. 
All clients are asked to wear suitable footwear and to wear gloves. 
Clients are asked not to wear jewellery of any description when riding or in the stable area. 
Clients may be asked to wear a body protector for jumping lessons.
Clients are requested to inform the stables if any of the information given above is altered. 
All clients retain the right to request a change of instructor. 
We retain the right to terminate a contract. 
Payment will be required for all lessons cancelled unless at least 24 hours notice is given.
Booking deposit of £7.00 is required as a confirmation of booking. All bookings are accepted on the condition that twenty four hours notice of cancellation is given or full payment will be made.
Riding will not be cancelled because of difficult riding conditions unless riding is considered dangerous. If you do not wish to ride because of bad weather cancelling the same day invokes a £ 7.00 cancellation fee.

ACCEPTANCE
For rider under 16 years of age: I accept full responsibility for my child and confirm that the above pre-assessed abilities are correct. I accept my child rides at his/her own risk.
For rider aged sixteen years and over:  I confirm that the above pre-assessed are correct and I agree that I ride entirely at my own risk.
I acknowledge that riding is a risk sport and holds potential danger, and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions.
I declare that the details supplied by me are correct and that I will inform the stables of any changes which may occur.
I declare that I have read the information above.
I understand that signing this form does not affect my statutory rights.
I understand that this form becomes the basis of the contract between myself and Copley Stables
I understand that I must obey the instructions of the instructor and must comply with the health and safety requirements of the establishment.
DATA PROTECTION ACT 1988 : Statement: I understand that the information I have given will be held in accordance with the above act but, may also be made available to insurers and other concerned parties in the event of any accident or injury.
